USA customers

Under the relevant patents on some lateral flow device tests, Forsite Diagnostics Limited is not licensed to sell Pocket Diagnostic products directly to customers in the United States of America.  

The Food and Environment Research Agency (Fera) has the appropriate licences to provide plant disease tests directly to the USA, and Pocket Diagnostic products can be purchased directly from Fera.  Products will be supplied under Fera’s terms and conditions.  For sales to the USA, Forsite Diagnostics are exclusively responsible for manufacture and despatch on behalf of Fera.

Please note that Forsite Diagnostics Limited will not sell goods to addresses in the USA even if the order was placed with Forsite from outside the USA.
